1. Payment Terms
1.1. Payment is due within 15 days from the date of this invoice.
1.2. We accept payment by bank transfer to the following account:

2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. To cancel or terminate our services, one month’s advance notice is required from the Client. The notice should be
submitted in writing to [Cancellation Notice Address]. The final payment for services will be due in accordance with the
agreed-upon payment terms.


3. Refund Policy


3.1. Refunds will not be provided for advance monthly service charges. As services are provided on a monthly basis, no refunds
will be issued for any unused portion of the monthly service period.


4. Legal Rights


4.1. In the event that payment is not received within the specified payment terms or in case of a dispute, Mate4tech Pty Ltd
reserves the right to take legal action to recover the outstanding debt. Any legal costs incurred in the recovery process will be

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1. Any disputes regarding the content or accuracy of this invoice should be raised promptly by contacting Mate4tech Pty Ltd
at sales@mate4tech.com.au. We will make every effort to resolve disputes in an amicable and fair manner.

6. GST (Goods and Services Tax)6.1. Unless otherwise specified, all amounts listed on this invoice include Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by
Australian law. Our Australian Business Number (ABN) is 80669437245.

7. Invoice Date and Number
7.1. This invoice is issued with a unique invoice number and is dated.

8. Payment Reference

8.1. To ensure accurate and timely processing of your payment, please include the invoice number as a payment reference
when making the bank transfer.

9. Currency
9.1. All amounts listed on this invoice are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.

10.  Acceptance of Terms
10.1. By making payment for this invoice, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and
